The organ was originally built by Schlicker for the First-Plymouth Congregational Church of Lincoln, Nebraska and included an Antiphonal division which was sold separately to St. John's Episcopal Church in Northampton, Mass.
The organ was installed and rebuilt by Mann and Trupiano organ builders of Brooklyn, NY who also built a new console. Most of the chests and pipework are by Heissler Orgeln of Germany with the Goettler Trumpet by M.P. Moller, Inc. Total finishing of the reeds by Gilbert Adams of Monroe, NC.
The church's previous organ, a 2 manual Hook and Hastings tracker, Opus 1656 (1895), now serves as the parish's chapel organ
